We are open 51 weeks of the year, we are closed for bank holidays and a week between Christmas and new years. 

Opening times between 8am-6pm 

Session times: morning session 8am-1pm afternoon session 1pm- 6pm.

In line with the EYFS our staff to child ratios are:

0-2 years: 1 adult to every 3 children 

2-3 years: 1 adult to every 4 children 

3-5 years: 1 adult to every 8 children

Our staff hold qualifications from a degree level in early years, NVQ level 2 & 3 in early years. We also have staff training and working towards their NVQ level 3 in early years. 

All our staff have safeguarding (child protection) training and paediatric first aid.

Yes, we accept payments from the GOV tax free childcare scheme. We are also registered with all the main childcare voucher providers.

If your child is taken ill while at nursery, we will contact you immediately. 

If your child develops a temperature, we can administer calpol (with prior permission on booking form or over the phone) this is given as an emergency case and your child will need to be collected.

We will also ask you to come and collect your child if they are not well enough to be in nursery or have any contagious illness.

It is very important that your child is well before returning to nursery in the interest of the  other children and staff.

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate for different allergies and dietary requirements.

We ask parents to bring a bag of spare clothes for their child and if they are toilet training a few more pants and bottoms.

Things we provide: nappies, wipes, formula milk (Aptamil), sun hats, sun cream, wellies boots and water bottles.
